Okay so the markets have sold off pretty nice and some out there are looking for a bounce and some are looking for a sale and what does that equal? Well it equals a crappy day of trading like today where opportunity is limited and these freaking CPU programs are keeping you glued to the screen of a stock doing absolutely nothing. So what should you do you might ask? Get the f%$K off you CPU and do something. Man today's action was boring, painful, and at the end of the day took away most of my profits in that pathetic EOD sale off. Now enough with my talk about these crappy markets we have on hand, I am going to post a couple of charts below on the SPY that shows a little view of how I am seeing the markets and my channels.
