With the recent support level around the $80 mark on the Dollar futures broken, we must expect that there is more downward pressure to come in the dollar. Also with the FED coming out and giving us signals that they will do more quantitative easing if necessary, one can only think the the dollar will continue it's decline from the June highs. Most investors do not know that the market has been trading inverse to the dollar for over a year and most investors don't know how they should be positioned. Well I am here to help you all the " Average Investor" out. I have outlined a video below on how to do research on stocks in different sectors, but more importantly how to research stock in sectors to benefit from dollar decline. As outlined in the video, there are certain sectors and industries that earn a large percentage of overseas sales and should benefit from the dollar's decline. Industrials (aerospace, defense, construction, farm machinery, industrial machinery, air freight), materials (gold mining, metal and glass-container makers), health care (pharmaceuticals, medical-device makers) and consumer-staples companies (soft drinks, tobacco, household products) are among the largest beneficiaries. Semiconductor-related companies and software makers also tend to benefit also.
